和宜膏外敷治疗混合痔术后50例

摘要
目的探讨和宜膏外用促进混合痔术后伤口愈合,改善疼痛、肛缘伤口水肿等术后并发症的疗效。方法将100例Ⅲ度至Ⅳ度混合痔行PPH加外痔切除术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。治疗组使用和宜膏纱条敷创面;对照组使用凡士林油纱敷创面。两组患者一般资料对比结果无显著性差异(P>.05),具有可比性。结果治疗组术后创面愈合时间少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<.01);治疗组术后疼痛时间少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<.01);治疗组术后肛缘伤口水肿持续时间少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<.05)。结论和宜膏外用促进混合痔术后伤口愈合,缓解疼痛及肛缘伤口水肿临床疗效显著,疗效优于凡士林油纱外用,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Heyi Ointment in the treatment of postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoid:wound healing, ache and the dropsy of anal edge. Methods 100 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid which were treated with PPH and operation were divided into control group( n=50) and treatment group( n=50) in accordance with the random number table. The treatment group received Heyi ointment gauze compressing the wound, and the control group received Vaseline ointment gauze. General information in the two groups had no significant differences( P>0.05), and had comparability. Results After treatment, the wound healing time and the time of postoperative ache of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.01). Edema duration of the dropsy of anal edge of the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Congclusion The Heyi ointment gauze compressing the wound can significantly promote postoperative wound healing of mixed hemorrhoid, decrease the time of postoperative ache and the dropsy of anal edge. It is significantly better than Vaseline ointment gauze,and is worthy of wide application.
