摘要
为了更详细了解热轧复相钢卷内部的温度分布及变化,采取了实际测量结合数值模拟计算,分析了热轧复相钢卷在时效过程中的温度场。结果表明,热轧复相钢卷主要通过两端散热,卷的外、内表面散热能力相对较小,纵剖面上高于530℃的面积比例随时效时间的延长线性减少。在时效2.5 h后,纵剖面上高于530℃的面积比例约为51%,而在时效5.5 h后,热轧复相钢卷的温度普遍在530℃以下。模拟结果为时效处理及现场生产提供了参考。
In order to further find out the temperature distribution and variation inside the hot rolled multiphase steel coils, the temperature field during ageing process of hot rolled multiphase steel coils was analyzed by the way of actual measuring together with the calculation of numerical simulation. Analytical results showed that the hot rolled multiphase steel coils were radiating mainly from both the ends of the coils, the heat dissipation potential of the outside surface and inner surface of these coils were relatively weak. The area proportion in the coil longitudinal section with the temperature above 530 ℃ decreased linearly with the extension of the aging time and also the proportion was about 51% after ageing for 2.5 hours. So 5.5 hours later and the temperature of the coils was generally below 530 ℃. The simulation results can provide the references for ageing treatment and practice production.
