基于动态设施选址理论的跨城市旅游流网络优化——以京津冀城市群为例

摘要
旅游流网络的结构及其特征是当前学界关于旅游流研究的重要领域。通过构建跨城市旅游流网络,密切城市联系,有利于形成统一规划、功能明确的跨城市旅游协作体系,促进区域旅游一体化进程。将跨城市旅游流网络优化问题转化为动态设施选址问题,构建考虑时间动态变化影响的旅游流网络优化模型,设计时间枚举启发式算法进行求解,并以京津冀城市群予以实证。研究发现:旅游流网络优化模型构建科学;京津冀城市群旅游流网络优化应以6个中心旅游城市为关键节点,打造三大旅游协作区,并加大对冀中南旅游协作区的支持。
        The structure and characteristics of tourism flow network are the important academic fields of tourism flow research.Constructing the cross-city tourism flow network,it is helpful to form a unified and well-defined cross-city tourism cooperation system,and to promote the process of regional tourism integration.As the coordination development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration was considered into national strategies,how to construct urban agglomeration tourism flow network to realize the benign interaction of tourist flow among Beijing City,Tianjin City and Hebei Province becomes an important factor for the future integration competitiveness and sustainable cooperation development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.According to the above considerations,based on facility location theory,the cross-city tourism flow network optimization problem is transformed into the dynamic facility location problem,and a model considering the influence of time dynamic change is constructed to optimize urban agglomeration tourism flow network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.The results of the study show that:the optimization model of tourism flow network is scientific,the optimization of tourism flow network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration should take six central tourist cities as the key nodes,build three major tourism cooperation areas,and support the development of Middle and South Hebei Tourism Cooperation Areas.
