Objective To investigate the effects of abnormal thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) on pregnancy outcome in early pregnancy. Methods 180 pregnant women were divided into three groups:pregnant women with hyperthyroidism, group A with hypothyroidism, group B with hypothyroidism, group C with normal pregnant women,Observed in three groups of perinatal and neonatal conditions. Results The risk of postpartum and perinatal risk in AB group was significantly higher than that in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal levels of TSH may lead to the occurrence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, heart failure and other risk factors in pregnant women.Low birth weight infants and preterm births should be detected during pregnancy. The prevention of pregnant women and fetal malformations.
