摘要
目的了解浙江省义乌市2012年-2017年流感病原学特征,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法对流感哨点医院采集的流感样病例(ILI)鼻咽拭子标本进行核酸检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 2012年-2017年义乌市共报告ILI病例174 135例,ILI监测病例数逐年递增,平均每年增长率为8. 42%,以15岁以下少年和儿童为主。6年间共检测流感病例标本5 444份,阳性1 130份,总阳性率为20. 94%,其中流感流行型别以H3型最多,乙型次之。结论义乌市流感流行季节性流行特征较为明显,呈现春、夏、冬三峰型,ILI的高峰与流感病毒检测阳性率基本一致,流感病毒主要以H3型和乙型为主,优势亚型交替频繁。加强监测对辖区内流感防控具有重要意义。
        Objective To investigate the etiological characteristics of influenza in Yiwu,Zhejiang Province,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods Throat swab specimens of influenza-like illness( ILI)were collected from sentinel hospitals for nucleic acid detection by real-time PCR,and the results were conducted for statistical analysis. Results From 2012 to 2017,a total of 174 135 ILI cases were reported,with the average increase of 8. 42% annually.ILI mainly occurred in adolescents and children aged < 15 years old. In the six-year monitoring period,5 444 specimens were detected,and 1 130 specimens were positive,with the detection rate of 20. 94%. Infulenza type H3 was the dominant,followed by type B. Conclusion The seasonal incidence peak of influenza was in spring,summer and winter in Yiwu,and the incidence peak of ILI was consistent with the positive rate of influenza viruses. The predominant pathogens were influenza type H3 and type B. Enhanced and continuous surveillance is important for the prevention and control of influenza.
