夜诊时段急性牙髓炎患牙定位的临床研究

摘要
目的:总结口腔急诊科夜诊时段急性牙髓炎患牙定位情况并分析原因。方法:1415名因急性牙髓炎就诊的患者,依就诊时间分为日间组和夜间组,比较口腔急诊医师对两组患者患牙定位的正确率、定位错误率及无法定位率,做统计学分析。结果:日间组定位正确率(96.67%)高于夜间组(89.01%)(P<0.05),而定位错误率(日间组0.66%,夜间组3.16%)及无法定位率(日间组2.66%,夜间组7.83%)日间组低于夜间组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于日间,夜间口腔急诊医师更易于在急性牙髓炎牙位定位方面做出错误的判断,或无法在首诊时对患牙做出明确定位。
Objective: To analysis the diseased teeth diagnostic location for night visiting patients with acute pulpitis in stomatological emergency department. Methods: Based on their visiting time 1415 acute pulpitis patients were assigned to daytime group and night group. The correct rate,error rate and location failure rate of diseased teeth diagnostic location were compared between the two groups,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with night group,the daytime group had higher correct rate,while its error rate and location failure rate were lower( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: It is more easier for stomatological emergency doctor to reach the false conclusion that tolocation the diseased teeth of acute pulpitis patients in night time than in daytime.
