摘要
校长与学校的生命力息息相关,校长思想的活跃程度、校长智慧的辐射力度能够直接影响办学质量以及师生的心理状态与学习成效。通过归纳与比较,发现在一些智慧校长的人格中,或多或少存在"游戏"的成分,它体现为自由平等、轻松愉悦、积极乐观、专注豁达的人生态度和性格特征。智慧校长的成功深受游戏人格的影响,而游戏人格的养成又能反向促进校长智慧的生长勃发。游戏人格是教育本质与社会生态的承载媒介,是理想办学与职业生长的持续动力,也是校长实现价值共享与文化反哺的基本姿态。校长应从兴趣到理性、从内隐到外铄、从思想到行动三个层面出发,实现办学初心的复归持守、语言风格的艺术转向、认知实践的层次转化,成长为真正的智慧校长。
        Principals are closely related to the vitality of a school. The activity of the principals' thoughts and the radiation of the principals' wisdom can directly affect the quality of running a school, the psychological state of teachers and students and the effectiveness of learning. Through induction and comparison,we find that in the personality of some wise principals, there is more or less a "game" component, which is embodied in a free and equal, relaxed and pleasant, positive and optimistic, focused and open-minded attitude towards life and personality characteristics. The success of intelligent principals is deeply influenced by game personality, and the cultivation of game personality can reverse the growth of principals' wisdom. Game personality is the carrier medium of educational essence and social ecology, the continuous motive force of ideal school running and career growth, and the basic posture of principals to realize value sharing and cultural feedback. Principals should be from interest to reason, from implicit to external cerium, from thought to action three levels, to achieve the return of the original school spirit, language style of art, cognitive practice level transformation, and finally grow into a true wisdom of principals.
