摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定七味冬青叶散中苦杏仁苷、丹酚酸B和杜鹃素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以Sunfire C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱为色谱柱,流动相以甲醇-0.1%的磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,以210、286、297 nm为检测波长,柱温为30℃,进样量:10μL。结果苦杏仁苷、丹酚酸B和杜鹃素分别在40.720~895.84、38.960~857.12、1.9800~43.740μg/m L呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999、1.0000、0.9999,平均回收率分别为99.5%、100.6%、99.6%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.0%、1.6%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法可以应用于七味冬青叶散的质量控制。
        Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Nitrilosides, salvianolic acid B and Farrerol in the seven kinds of holly powder. Methods HPLC was performed on a Sunfire C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with gradient elution of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min, detection wavelength at 210,286, 297 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 40.72-895.84(R2=0.009), 38.96-857.12(R2=0.009) and 1.98-43.74(R2=0.009) μg/m L for Nitrilosides, salvianolic acid B and Farrerol,respectively. The average recoveries were 99.5%(RSD=1.5%, n=6), 100.6%(RSD=1.0%, n=6) and 99.6%(RSD=1.6%, n=6) for Nitrilosides, salvianolic acid B and Farrerol, respectively. Conclusion It can be concluded that the method can be used for the quality control of seven kinds of holly powder.
