噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢阻肺的临床效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨噻托嗅铵粉雾剂治疗慢阻肺的效果。方法:收治慢阻肺患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予异丙托溴铵气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组给予噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组氧分压、1 s用力肺活量和FEV_1/FVC水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组二氧化碳分压水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:噻托嗅铵粉雾剂治疗慢阻肺能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of thiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group were given ipratropium bromide inhalation treatment,and the observation group were given tiotropium ammonium powder aerosol treatment.Results:After the treatment,the observation group of patients with oxygen partial pressure,1 s forced vital capacity and the levels of FVC and FEV_1/FVC were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);PCO_2 levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thiotrope ammonium powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and also has significantly effect.
