摘要

文章通过对连并联缓速器后盖结构的解析,引出装配工艺方案,其中较为复杂且风险较高的一步为选垫过程,选垫误差直接影响总成的出厂质量,文章介绍了选垫工装的工作原理和使用注意事项,介绍了个别工装方案的优劣对比及对现场的影响。
        The article lead out the assembly program by researching the transmission aux-case who matche the parallel retarder. The washer adjusting is a high risk process, the process error may lead to low quality product. This article intro-duct a set of tooling to adjust washers, and introduct the precautions and introduct the tooling's details design difference how to influent the quality of assembly.
