摘要
针对新钢6号、7号烧结机生产系统运行年限长导致现场设备故障率逐年上升的现象,通过增加监控设施、改造布料系统设备和实施主抽风机变频技术等一系列措施,达到了降低烧结矿吨矿电耗、固体燃耗和提高烧结矿吨矿余热发电量的目的,促进了烧结矿质量的改善和产量的提高。
According to the phenomenon of failure rate increased year by year due to the operating life growth for No. 6 and No. 7 sintering machine production system,a series of measures are taken by increasing the monitoring facilities,the transformation of distribution equipment and main exhauster frequency conversion technology to reduce power consumption per tons of sinter,solid fuel consumption and improve the waste heat power generation per ton of sinter. The improvement of the sinter quality and production improvement are promoted.
