高校物流管理专业教学改革探讨

摘要
为提高物流管理专业的教学质量,培育出更多的技术型人才,对物流管理专业教学改革吉行了研究。分析了目前高校物流管理专业教学存在的问题:专业定位不准确,实践教学内容不全面,和外界公司合作不够紧密,课程设置落后,教材过于保守,实践评价标准不合理,学生重视程度不足。提出高校物流管理专业教学改革对策:对教学方式和教学内容进行改革创新,加强校企合作,建立专业的教学体系,合理制定实践教学评价体系。以此全面提高物流管理专业的教学质量,培养出更多的专业型物流人才。
In order to improve the teaching quality of logistics management specialty and cultivate more technical talents,it studies on teaching reform of logistics management major it analyses the problems existing in the teaching of logistics management specialty in colleges and universities at present,such as inaccurate professional orientation,incomplete practical teaching content,insufficient cooperation with outside companies,backward curriculum setting,too conservative teaching materials,unreasonable practical evaluation standards,and insufficient attention paid by students.The countermeasures of logistics management specialty in colleges are put forward,which include reforming and innovating teaching methods and contents,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,establishing professional teaching system,and reasonably formulating practical teaching evaluation system. It can improve the teaching quality of logistics management specialty in an all-round way and cultivate more professional logistics talents.
