从数字转化到大数据管理——教育资源的数字化整合路径研究

摘要
数字化是教育资源整合发展的必然趋势,无论是教育资源优化配置、教育生态外延拓展,还是教育服务提质增效、教育管理降低能耗,都需要加快推进资源的数字化整合。这一过程可以分为数字转化与大数据管理两个阶段。传统数字转化存在着资源固化问题,大数据管理是基于并优于数字转化的资源整合有效路径:以信息数据为核心、数字资源为前置、利好政策为依托,夯实资源整合基础;建立数据统筹吸纳管理机制,健全数据研究利用考评机制,完善数字资源应用反馈制度;明确数字教育资源应用前景,着重推进数据平台管理下的翻转课堂,不断发展社会数据共享下的微课模式。
Digitalization is the inevitable trend of the integrated development of educational resources. Whether it is the optimized allotment of educational resources and the connotative extension of educational ecology or the increase in the quality and efficiency of educational service and the decrease in the energy consumption of educational management,it is necessary to quicken the digitalized integration of resources. This process can be classified into two stages:digital transformation and big data management. There exists the problem of resources solidification in the traditional digital transformation,and big data management is an effective approach to the integration of resources,which is based on but better than the digital transformation. Specific methods include:laying a solid foundation for the integration of resources by putting the information data at the core,placing the digital resources at the front and relying on the favorable policies;establishing the management mechanism of pooling data,bettering the evaluation system of studying and applying data and improving the feedback system of resource application;and clarifying the prospect of utilizing digitalized resources,focusing on the promotion of flipped classroom under the management of data platforms and constantly developing the micro lessons at the backdrop of social data sharing.
