农地“三权分置”改革对乡村治理的影响研究

摘要
本文采用问卷法和logistic模型,分析在"三权分置"制度改革下,影响乡村治理的有关因素。Logistic回归分析的结果表明:农民意愿、职业类别、土地流转之后家庭收入状况、权益是否受到侵害、是否签订书面合同与"三权分置"制度改革下的乡村治理有非常密切的关系。根据分析结果,提出加大法律政策的宣传、保护农民的权益、建立有效的管理监督机制等政策建议。
This paper uses questionnaire method and logistic model to analyze the factors affecting rural governance under the reform of "separation of powers". The results of logistic regression analysis show that farmers' willingness,occupational categories, family income after land transfer, whether their rights and interests are infringed, whether they sign written contracts are closely related to rural governance under the reform of the "separation of powers". According to the results of the analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as promoting the publicity of laws and policies, protecting farmers' rights and interests, and establishing an effective management and supervision mechanism.
