欧洲发电市场分析与投资建议

本文概述了欧洲发电市场现状,介绍了欧洲能源市场的去碳化、数字化和去中心化发展趋势,总结了欧洲可再生能源发电市场的政策与电价变化趋势,提示了中国发电企业在欧盟投资需要面临的主要投资审查机制。在此基础上,提出了中国企业投资欧洲发电市场时在投资方向、投资模式、投资区域和应对监管审查等方面的具体建议。
This paper analyzes the status of electricity generation market and the 3 D(Decarbonisation,Digitalisation and Decentralisation) development trend in Europe. And then the changing trend is summarized for renewable power generation support policies and electricity prices in Europe. The main regulation mechanisms are also introduced for Chinese power generators who intend to invest in Europe Commission. On the basis of these analysis and introduction, the detailed suggestions are put forwards in respect of investment direction, cooperation model, preference areas and solution for regulation in Europe for Chinese investors.
