北京市民营医院2012-2017年发展状况及对策研究

摘要
目的:研究北京市2012-2017年民营医院的发展状况并提出对策。方法:采用文献研究和统计分析方法,对北京市出台的相关政策、民营医院的发展变化情况及存在的问题等进行描述性分析。结果:到2017年,北京市出台民营医院发展政策10余个,民营医院数量达到480所,实有床位26 674张,执业(助理)医师人数13 510人,注册护士人数16 001人,诊疗人次1 935.5万人次,出院人数40.1万人次。机构发展速度和与占有的资源相比,医疗服务提供能力和效率偏低。结论:营造更宽松的政策环境,发挥专科特色,加强经营管理,积极参与分级诊疗。
Objectives:To know the situation of private hospital development in Beijing from 2012 to 2017 and give some countermeasures.Methods:Literature research and statistical analysis were used to makes a descriptive analysis of the relevant policies issued by Beijing,the development and changes of private hospitals and the existing problems.Results:By 2017,Beijing had issued more than 10 policies for the development of private hospitals.There are 480 private hospitals,26674 beds,13510 licensed medical staff and 16001 registered nurses.All 480 private hospitals have been served 193.55 million outpatients and 4.01 million inpatients.Compared with the resources occupied by the organization,the ability and efficiency of providing medical care are low.Conclusions:It needs to create a more comfortable policy environment,highlight on special department,strengthen financial management and actively take part in characteristics,strengthen management and actively participate in hierarchical medical system.
