摘要

房地产一直是当前中国热门的话题,房地产的经营管理是整个房地产企业运营的核心环节,直接影响房地产企业的效益。本文分别就房地产企业经营中的政策影响、工程管理、营销管理和财务管理等方面的问题作出分析,从而提出相应的解决措施。
        Real estate has always been a hot topic in China. Real estate management is the core link of the whole real estate enterprise operation, which directly affects the benefits of real estate enterprises. In this paper, the policy impact, project management, marketing management and financial management of real estate enterprises are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
