摘要
为解决当前快递行业最终投递环节的效率低、管理效果差、不能集中投递等问题,设计了一套完整的、基于软件即服务(Saa S)模式的面向快递公司或第三方运营的投递业务系统。系统包含服务器端应用程序和终端设施,服务器端应用程序为运营管理人员提供基于网络应用程序的管理界面,可实现对快递员身份的验证管理、对投递柜的远程管理等,同时提供网络接口供终端主机同步数据;终端设施中的触摸屏主机采用ARM处理器并搭载Android操作系统,通过串口通信方式与控制投递柜的单片机通信。对系统进行了软件、硬件测试,结果表明该系统可以实现快递的集中投递和用户自提服务,能够帮助缓解快递投递环节的压力。
        In order to solve the problems in Express delivery industry's final delivery link such as low efficiency, poor management, and can not being centrally delivered, an express delivery business system for express companies or third party operators based on Software-as-a-Service( Saa S) model was designed. The system includes server handle application and terminal facilities. Web applications were designed for system management for courier identitification, remote management of express delivery cabinet and data synchronization with for terminal HMI( Human-Machine Interface). Terminal HMI was based on Android operation system and ARM( Advanced RISC Machine) microprocessor, which could communicate with single-chip microcontroler through serial port to control the express delivery cabinet. The software and hardware of the system was tested to prove that it can provide centralized delivery and self pick up service to improve the express delivery efficiency.
