微创经皮肾镜碎石与输尿管镜碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的效果对比

摘要
目的:探讨嵌顿性输尿管上段结石运用输尿管镜碎石术与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的临床效果。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的80例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,其中对照组行输尿管镜碎石术,而观察组则运用超声+气压弹道经皮肾镜碎石术,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组的结石清除率高于对照组,且中转手术率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ureteroscopic lithotripsy and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi.Method:A total of 80 patients with incarcerated upper ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound plus barometric ballistic percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The removal rate of stone in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of transfer operation was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi is effective clinically.
