拜糖平治疗社区糖尿病的效果与安全性研究

摘要
目的探究拜糖平治疗社区糖尿病的效果与安全性。方法选取2017年1月～2018年5月在本社区医院收治的糖尿病患者98例,依照不同的治疗方法,把全部患者分为研究组、参考组,研究组有53例患者,参考组有45例患者。参考组给予二甲双胍进行治疗,研究组给予拜糖平治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、不反应发生率的变化情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率是100.0%,参考组为86.6%,研究组比参考组高(P<0.05),研究组的不良反应发生率为0.0%,参考组为13.3%,研究组低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论拜糖平治疗社区糖尿病的效果与安全性均比较高,其治疗效果明显提升,安全性比较高,不良反应发生率比较低,建议临床上进行研究。
Objectiv To explore the efficacy and safety of acarbose in the treatment of community diabetes.Methods 98 diabetic patients admitted to our community hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into study group and reference group according to different treatment methods.There were 53 patients in study group and 45 patients in reference group.The reference group was given metformin treatment,and the study group was given bsugarping therapy.The changes of effective rate and non response rate between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate was 100.0% in the study group,86.6% in the reference group, higher in the study group than in the reference group(P < 0.05),0.0% in the study group,13.3% in the reference group,and lower in the study group than in the reference group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Baitangping has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of community diabetes mellitus, and its therapeutic effect has been significantly improved with high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.
