摘要
精选段的矿物粒级嵌布状态愈发复杂,粒度越来越细,给浮选柱的分选带来更大挑战。结合中色非洲矿业公司谦比希铜矿的特点,考察了KYZE浮选柱的清水动力学性能和分选性能,研究了矿浆循环泵运转频率对浮选柱的清水动力学性能的影响,测试结果表明选取合适的泵转速和充气量时,浮选柱液面相对稳定,具有较好的气液分散性能。研究了循环泵频率、充气量大小和充气器数量对分选指标的影响,确定了带矿试验的关键运转参数。通过带矿试验,研究对比了两种浮选柱的分选性能。研究表明,两者均能获取较优异的分选性能,满足选矿厂的要求。KYZE浮选柱的分选指标和稳定性具有一定优势。
        It is a big challenge for flotation columns where the dissemination characteristics have become more complex and the particle sizes have become finer and finer. Considering the ore characteristics of Africa Mining Co.,Ltd.,China Nonferrous Mining Group, the hydrodynamics and metallurgical performances were studied. The influence of pump frequency on hydrodynamics is investigated. It is demonstrated that a proper pump frequency and aerating rate could get a quite surface and form good air dispersion. The influences of pump frequency,aerating rate and the numbers of bubbles generators on metallurgical index were investigated and the key operation parameters were determined. The metallurgical indexes of two flotation columns were compared by slurry test. It is demonstrated that the metallurgical indexes produced by two flotation columns are good enough for the requirement of concentrator.The flotation column developed named KYZE can obtain better metallurgical index and is more stable.
