摘要
介绍了HAT4045型氰化浸出槽的设计原则及主要结构特点,并将HAT4045型氰化浸出槽进行了平行对比工业试验。结果表明,在不同充气器开启个数的条件下,HAT4045型氰化浸出槽搅拌均匀,槽内不同深度处矿浆浓度基本相同;在总充气量减少25%的情况下,HAT4045型氰化浸出槽中不同深度处的平均溶氧量和金的浸出率与对比槽基本相当;在总充气量相同时,HAT4045型氰化浸出槽不同深度处的平均溶氧量比对比槽高26.6%,金浸出率高3个百分点。
        Design principle and main structure characteristics of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank were introduced.Parallel comparative industrial tests of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank were carried out.The results show that HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank is agitated evenly with different numbers of aerators opened and concentration of slurry in different depth is basically the same in tank.When the total aeration volume is reduced by 25%,the average dissolved oxygen and gold leaching rates of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank at different depths are basically the same as those of the comparative tank.When the total aeration volume is the same,the average dissolved oxygen content of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank at different depths is 26.6% higher than that of the comparative tank,and gold leaching rate is 3 percentage points higher than that of the comparative tank.
