摘要
针对中厚煤层采用一次全采高采煤工艺,其巷道的端面面积加大,导致其端面支撑压力明显增加。为确保能够充分发挥一次全采高采煤工艺的效率,需对开切眼实施锚固支护。从顶板和两帮锚固参数计算为着手点,得出了满足实际采煤需求的开切眼锚固支护方案,为确保采用一次全采高采煤工艺的中厚煤层综采工作面安全生产奠定了基础。
The face area of the roadway is increased, which leads to the increase of the supporting pressure at the end of the roadway, when the full-height mining technology is adopted in the medium-thick coal seam. In order to give full play to the efficiency of full-height mining technology, anchoring and supporting should be carried out on the open-cut hole. Based on the calculation of roof and anchoring parameters of two groups, an open-cut hole anchoring and supporting scheme is obtained to meet the actual requirements of coal mining, which lays a foundation for ensuring the safe production of full-mechanized working face of medium-thick coal seam using one-time full-height mining technology.
