摘要
小麦矮秆种质山农11069-5株高65 cm左右,综合农艺性状较好。本研究对山农11069-5的赤霉酸反应和矮秆性状的遗传特点进行了鉴定分析,并对其矮秆基因进行了分子标记定位。结果表明,山农11069-5的矮秆性状受一个不完全显性主效基因控制,在苗期外施赤霉酸反应不敏感;利用1980对SSR、EST-SSR引物对山农11069-5的矮秆基因进行了连锁标记分析,筛选出3个连锁标记KSUM062、Wmc89和Wmc48,它们与矮秆基因的遗传距离分别为1.1 c M、3.4 c M和4.3 c M,其中KSUM062是一个EST-SSR标记;将山农11069-5的矮秆基因定位在染色体4BS上。
        Shannong11069-5 is a dwarf wheat germplasm about 65 cm in length with good comprehensive agronomic traits. In this research, we carried out identifying GA response and genetic characteristics of dwarf traits in wheat dwarf germplasm of Shannong 11069-5, as well as mapping the dwarfing gene in Shannong 11069-5based on molecular markers. The results showed that the dwarf gene in Shannong11069-5 might be controlled by a partial dominant major gene; this dwarf gene was insensitive to GA treatment as well. 1980 pairs of SSR and EST-SSR primers were used to screen the dwarf gene in Shannong11069-5, and 3 linked markers Wmc48,Wmc89, and KSUM062 were obtained in this research. The genetic distance between these markers and the dwarf locus is about 1.1 c M、3.4 c M and 4.3 c M, respectively. The dwarf locus of Shannong11069-5 was mapped on4 BS in wheat chromosome.
