早期康复护理对脑出血术后偏瘫影响探究

摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑出血手术后偏瘫患者的影响。方法选取我院2016年5月—2018年5月收治的100例脑出血手术后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予早期康复护理干预,观察并比较两组脑出血手术后偏瘫患者的功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.00%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为76.00%,观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脑出血患者术后采取早期康复护理干预,能降低术后致残以及其他并发症的发生率,具有显著的临床护理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods 100 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage operation admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention. The functional recovery of hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was92.00%, and that of the control group was 76.00%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation can reduce the incidence of postoperative disability and other complications, and has significant clinical nursing effect.
