摘要
为解决高中放废液蒸发浓缩甲醛脱硝反应中存在诱导期导致废液"暴沸"的问题,研究采用加入亚硝酸钠溶液来消除脱硝反应的诱导期,主要研究甲醛脱硝过程中的初始反应温度、甲醛加入量、亚硝酸钠加入量对诱导期长短的影响,并进一步分析其定量控制规律。结果表明,加入亚硝酸钠对于缩短或消除甲醛脱硝反应的诱导期效果明显,并且在较高的初始温度下反应能够有效减少甲醛和亚硝酸钠的加入量,同时分析得到的诱导期定量控制规律,也可为工程应用提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of long induction time in denitration with HCHO reaction,a certain amount of Na NO_2 is always added to eliminate the induction period.In this paper,the influence of initial reaction temperature,the amount of HCHO and NaNO_2 on the induction period was investigated,and the quantitative regulation was analyzed.The results indicated that adding NaNO_2 was very useful to shorten or eliminate the induction period,and high initial reaction temperature effectively reduced the amount of HCHO and Na NO_2.Furthermore,obtained quantitative regulation can provide reference for the engineering application.
