摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)与2-丙烯酰胺基2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法在复合引发体系下制备了AM-AMPS共聚物,探讨了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、AMPS量、温度、pH等因素对聚合物特性黏数的影响。结果表明,最佳的合成条件:氧化还原引发剂0.028%,偶氮引发剂量0.09%,单体浓度30%,AMPS量10%,5℃,pH为7~8,此时特性黏数达1 276 mL/g以上。用红外光谱对共聚物的结构进行表征。
        The polymer was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylamide and 2-acrylamido 2-methylpropane sulfonic acid using complex initiation system.The influence of various factors was studied for the polymer viscosity,such as initiator concentration,momomer concentration,the amount of AMPS,reaction temperature,and pH.The result showed that the optimal synthesis conditions was:the amount of oxidation-reduction agent was 0.028%,the amount used of azo initiators was 0.09%,the monomer concentration was 30%,the amount of AMPS was 10%,the reaction temperature was 5 ℃,the pH was 7~8,intrinsic viscosity was 1 276 mL/g.The structure of the polymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
