摘要
目的应用三维斑点追踪成像(3D-STI)技术检测原发性高血压左室构型正常患者的左房容积变化及心肌应变,评价左房功能。方法选取原发性高血压左室构型正常患者和健康志愿者各55例。应用3D-STI测量左房最大容积(LAVmax)、左房收缩前容积(LAVpre)、左房最小容积(LAVmin)及左房整体纵向、径向、圆周应变(GLS、GRS、GCS),计算左房主动射血分数及被动排空分数(LAaEF、LApEF)。结果高血压组LAVmax、LAVpre、LAVmin、LAaEF均较对照组增加(P<0.001);高血压组左房整体应变均较对照组降低(P<0.05);高血压组左房GLS、GRS、GCS与左房射血分数具有相关性(r=-0.682、0.383、-0.608,P均<0.05)。结论 3D-STI技术可用于评价原发性高血压患者早期的左房功能。
        Objective To detect left atrial volume change and myocardial strain,and to evaluate left atrial(LA)function in essential hypertension patients with normal left ventricular geometric by three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI).Methods Select 55 essential hypertension patients and 55 normal subjects.Using 3D-STI,LA volume and global strain were measured,LA ejection fraction were calculated.Results Compared with the normal group,LA volume,LAaEF increased and LA global myocardium strain were decreased in essential hypertension patients(P<0.05).The global strain ability of left atrial myocardium had correlation with LA ejection fraction(P<0.05).Conclusions 3D-STI plays an important role in assessing LA early function of essential hypertension patients.
