几种新颖的杀虫剂对甘蓝蚜虫防治效果研究

摘要
采用田间药效试验方法,比较了几种植物源杀虫剂及结构新颖的化学合成杀虫剂与传统杀虫剂对甘蓝蚜虫的防治效果。结果表明:药后1 d,6种试验药剂对甘蓝蚜虫的防治效果分别为81.17%、70.34%、77.83%、88.25%、79.48%和84.82%,10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂60 g/hm~2处理防效最高,0.3%苦参碱水剂7.5 g/hm~2、6%鱼藤酮微乳剂37.5 g/hm~2处理防效与传统杀虫剂50%啶虫脒水分散粒剂21 g/hm~2及10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂7.5 g/hm~2处理防效基本相当;药后7 d,各处理防效分别为88.36%、83.68%、85.81%、94.29%、89.32%和86.75%,10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂60 g/hm~2防效仍保持90%以上,0.3%苦参碱水剂7.5 g/hm~2、2%印楝素水分散粒剂13.5 g/hm~2、6%鱼藤酮微乳剂37.5 g/hm~2处理防效均在83%以上,且均与传统杀虫剂处理防效基本相当。本研究选取的几种新颖杀虫剂可以替代传统杀虫剂用于甘蓝蚜虫的防治。
        Using the field efficacy trial method, control effects of several botanical insecticides and chemically synthesized insecticides with novel structures against cabbage aphid were compared with that of traditional insecticides. Results showed control effects of six test agents after 1 day were 81.17%, 70.34%, 77.83%,88.25%, 79.48% and 84.82%, respectively; of them, the control effect of 10% flonicamid WDG 60 g/hm~2 was the highest, that of 0.3% matrine AS 7.5 g/hm~2, 6% rotenone ME 37.5 g/hm~2, and that of traditional insecticides 50%acetamiprid WDG 21 g/hm~2 and 10% lambda-cyhalothrin EW 7.5 g/hm~2 were equivalent; Control effects of all 6treatments after 7 days were 88.36%, 83.68%, 85.81%, 94.29%, 89.32% and 86.75%, respectively; while after 7days that of 10% flonicamid WDG 60 g/hm~2 remained above 90%, that of 0.3% matrine AS 7.5 g/hm~2, 2%azadirachtin WDG 13.5 g/hm~2, and 6% rotenone ME 37.5 g/hm~2 were all above 83%, and these were basically equivalent to that of the traditional pesticide treatments. These several novel insecticides selected in this study can be used to replace the traditional insecticides in cabbage aphids control.
