摘要
[目的]筛选防治安徽韭菜韭蛆的杀虫剂及复配组合。[方法]采用胃毒触杀联合法测定杀虫剂及复配剂的毒力,并进行田间试验。[结果]噻虫胺对安徽韭菜韭蛆室内毒力最高,田间用量为750 g a.i./hm~2时,韭蛆防效达100%,药后1代成虫防效达90%以上。此外,噻虫胺·辛硫磷(375+3000)g a.i./hm~2时,韭蛆和药后1代成虫防效均可达100%。噻虫胺·溴氰菊酯(750+15)g a.i./hm~2时,亦可有效防治韭蛆及药后1代成虫。[结论]防治安徽韭菜韭蛆,可选用噻虫胺,亦可选用噻虫胺与辛硫磷(1∶8),或噻虫胺与溴氰菊酯(50∶1)复配。
        [Aims] This paper aims to screen out effective insecticides and compounding with good control effects to Chinese chive maggot in Anhui province. [Methods] Contact and stomach poisoning methods were adopted to determine the toxicity of insecticides and their compounding against the Chinese chive maggot, and their control effect in chive fields was also evaluated in Anhui province. [Results] The toxicity of clothianidin to Chinese chive maggot was the highest, while its concentration in fields was 750 g a.i./ha, the control effect to Chinese chive maggot and the first generation adult achieved 100% and more than 90%, respectively. The co-toxicity coefficient was the highest when clothianidin and phoxim compounded with 1:8 ratio, and while its concentration in field was clothianidin 375 g a.i./ha+phoxim 3000 g a.i./ha, the control effect to Chinese chive maggot and the first generation adult both could be up to 100%. In addition, clothianidin and deltamethrin compounded with 50 ∶1 ratio, and its concentration in field was clothianidin 750 g a.i./ha+deltamethrin 15 g a.i./ha, Chinese chive maggot and the first generation adult also could be effectively controlled. [Conclusions] When applying the insecticides to control Chinese chive maggot in Anhui province, we can choose clothianidin, or clothianidin and phoxim compounded with 1:8 ratio, or clothianidin and deltamethrin compounded with 50∶1 ratio.
