数据管理信息化平台在病原检测报告质量管理中的应用

摘要
目的探索利用计算机数据管理信息系统,提高实验室数据利用的效率,及时上报、下达各项检测结果,从而构建实验室检测报告、检测数据管理模式。方法通过查阅资料和借鉴其他省疾病预防控制中心已成功应用具有本地特点信息系统经验,严格按照国家卫生行业信息化建设标准,并根据本省疾病预防控制中心信息化的需求,与计算机技术人员深入讨论方案可行性,进入系统构建阶段,通过不断地沟通交流,逐步优化和完善系统的各项功能。结果通过多次测试该平台基本正常运行,使用1年多,出具报告1 000多份,实现检测报告统一管理、统一查询,为各级领导提供数据的辅助决策功能。结论建成后的信息系统将逐步消除省、市和县数据交换的信息孤岛,进一步提升甘肃省疾病预防控制中心病原检测工作的整体信息化水平。
Objective To explore the way of using computer datum management information systems to enhance the utilization of the records and timely reports, and successful achieve each examination result, so as to build the management model of laboratory test reports and test data.Methods Considering the successful experience of the information system used in the centers for disease control and prevention in other provinces,in strict accordance with the national health industry informatization construction standards, and according to the information requirements, a system has been built after in-depth discussions of the plan feasibility with computer technology personnel and progressively perfected by adopting any good ideas and optimizing the functions.Results By several tests, the platform ran normally, which issued more than 1000 reports in more than a year, and made the unified management and unified query of test reports come true.Therefore, it provided the decision support for leaders at all levels through the date.Conclusion After the completion of the information system, it will gradually eliminate the isolation of the provincial, city and county information exchanges, and further enhance the overall level of informatization of the pathogen detection in Gansu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
