针刺效力影响因素探讨

摘要
近两年,针刺效力屡受国际质疑,认为针刺即安慰剂,缺乏生物效力。文章基于此国际争议,试图通过探讨和总结针刺效力影响因素,具体分别从非针刺相关特异性和针刺相关特异性角度展开,前者主要从生理基础之气血影响因素、心理活动之情志影响因素、疾病相关之辨证施穴影响因素切入,后者主要从针刺时间、针刺方法、针刺激量等切入;进而提出目前假针临床试验研究存在之不足。此文对厘清并明确针刺效力概念具有重要意义,也为今后分析西方临床研究中针刺疗效低下的原因提供参考。
In the past two years, the efficacy of acupuncture has been questioned internationally, and acupuncture is considered merely a placebo. Based on this international dispute, this paper tries to explore and summarize the factors affecting the effect of acupuncture, from the point of view of the specificity factors non-related to acupuncture and the specific factors related to acupuncture. The former is mainly from the influence factors of physiological basis of qi and blood, emotional of psychological activity, syndrome differentiation and acupoint application of disease-related, while the latter is mainly from the time of acupuncture, acupuncture methods, acupuncture stimulation, etc. Then the shortcomings of the present research are pointed. This article is of great significance in clarifying the concept of acupuncture efficacy, and providing reference for future analysis of the causes of low efficacy in western acupuncture clinical research.
