摘要
目的研究冠心病检验中应用脂蛋白(a)和胆红素联合检验的临床价值。方法该次研究特选取该院2014年8月—2016年7月期间所收治的检验人群78例作为研究对象,其中40例为冠心病患者,将其作为研究组,另38名为来该院体检的健康人群,将其作为对照组,两组均应用脂蛋白(a)与胆红素联合检验,对比分析两组的检验结果。结果研究组患者总胆红素(9.3±2.9)μmol/L,直接胆红素(3.8±1.1)μmol/L,显著低于对照组(14.2±4.8)μmol/L;(4.4±1.5)μmol/L,研究组的脂蛋白(a)值为(319.7±36.3)mg/L,与对照组(189.2±16.3)mg/L显著升高,组间比较差异有著统计学意义(t=5.488 4,2.021 7,20.297 5,P<0.05)。结论脂蛋白(a)联合胆红素应用在冠心病检验中的意义显著,对保证患者生命安全具有重要价值,且能够为临床提供了理论依据,另外,脂蛋白(a)的升高及胆红素的降低与冠心病的发生、发展有着密切的关系,具有操作简单、准确等特点,值得关注。
        Objective To study the clinical value of combined detection of lipoprotein(a) and bilirubin in coronary heart disease test. Methods This study selected 78 patients in the hospital from August 2014 to July 2016. Among them, 40 patients were coronary heart disease patients, and they were used as research groups, and 38 patients of healthy people in the hospital were used as the control group. The two groups were tested with lipoprotein(a) and bilirubin, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results Total bilirubin(9.3±2.9)μmol/L and direct bilirubin(3.8±1.1)μmol/L were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(14.2±4.8)μmol/L;(4.4±1.5)μmol/L. The lipoprotein(a) value of the study group was(319.7±36.3)mg/L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(189.2 ±16.3)mg/L. There was significant difference between the groups, which was statistically significant(t =5.4884,2.021 7, 20.297 5, P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoprotein(a) combined with bilirubin has significant difference in the detection of coronary heart disease, which is of great value to ensure the safety of patients, and can provide a theoretical basis for clinical, in addition, the rise of lipoprotein(a) and reduction of bilirubin has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. It has the characteristics of simple operation and accuracy, and it is worthy of attention.
