C型人格抑郁乙型肝炎相关性肝癌病人心理体验的质性研究

摘要
[目的]探讨C型人格抑郁乙型肝炎相关性肝癌病人围术期心理体验及需求,为制定个体化干预措施,提高病人生活质量提供理论依据。[方法]对8例首诊C型人格抑郁乙型肝炎相关性肝癌病人行半结构式深入访谈,采用Giorgi分析法整理访谈内容。[结果]共总结4个主题:获知诊断的心理体验、疾病带来的压力、疾病信息的需求、构建未来生活的渴望。[结论]护理人员应重视C型人格抑郁对乙型肝炎相关性肝癌病人的影响,帮助其建立有效的应对技能并改善其行为模式,促进心理复原和术后康复。
Objective:To explore the needs and perioperative psychological experiences of patients with HBV-related liver cancer complicated with C-type personality trait depression,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of individualized interventions to improve the life quality of patients.Methods:Semi-structured indepth interviews were conducted among 8patients with first-diagnosed liver cancer,and Giorgi analysis method was used to analyze data.Results:Four themes were identified:psychological experience after diagnosis,disease related pressure,needs for disease information,the desire to build a future life.Conclusion:Clinical nurses should pay more attention to patients with HBV-related liver cancer complicated with C-type personality trait depression,help them to establish effective coping skills,improve behavior patterns,and promote postoperative rehabilitation and psychological recovery.
