摘要
为了改变供暖系统大流量小温差的强制循环模式,大庆某单位管理处采用了热耦合与分布式变频二级泵技术,与传统技术相比,不同之处在于将供热系统中的集中大循环水泵分解,由原来相互关联的水动力循环系统变成独立的水循环系统,有效的解决了水力平衡问题。热耦合均压管处通过2套水动力循环系统的动态运行完成热源对热网的热能传输过程,每个分支系统为了达到供热的目的,按照需求从系统中抽取流量。从而使系统运行更加高效安全稳定。经现场对比,采取措施后可以明显节约能源。
        In order to change the forced circulation mode of large flow and small temperature difference of the heating system,the management department of a institution in Daqing oilfield adopts heat coupling and two distributed variable frequency pump technology,comparing with the traditional technology,the difference is that the central heating system of large circulating water pump by water decomposition,power cycle system originally interconnected into water circulation system independently,effectively solve the problem of hydraulic balance.Thermally coupled pressure equalizing pipe through the dynamic operation of two sets of water power cycle system complete the heat transfer process of heat source on the network,each branch system in order to achieve the purpose of heating,extracted from the system according to the demand of traffic.To make the system more efficient and safe operation.By contrast,energy saving can be achieved after taking measures.
