团体标准推进我国制造业高质量发展的对策分析

摘要
团体标准是推进我国制造业高质量发展的新动能。团体标准通过促进新技术应用的市场化和产业化,激发市场主体创新活力,有效推动新兴制造业发展,进而推动我国制造业整体实现高质量发展。近年来我国制造业团体标准建设取得一定进展,但也存在团体标准意识不强、新兴制造业团体标准缺乏、团体标准运行体制机制不健全等问题。为此,政府、团体和企业须共同推动团体标准意识提升,促进制造业科技创新成果的标准化,加强高端制造业技术储备,增加智能制造业标准供给,健全团体标准的评价机制和监督机制。
Group standard is a new driving force of high-quality development of china's manufacturing industry.Group standard can promote the marketization and industrialization of new technology applications,stimulate the vitality of market players,effectively promote the development of new manufacturing industries,and promote the overall high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.In recent years,certain progress has been made in the construction of China's manufacturing industry group standards.However,there are also problems such as the lack of awareness of group standards,the lack of group standards for emerging manufacturing,and the imperfect system and mechanism for the operation of group standards.Therefore,governments,organizations and enterprises must jointly promote the promotion of group standards awareness,promote the standardization of manufacturing science and technology innovation achievements,strengthen the high-tech manufacturing technology reserves,increase the supply of smart manufacturing standards,and improve the evaluation and supervision mechanisms of group standards.
