摘要
根据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的要求,在高校人才培养的总体指导下,针对目前高等体育教育中存在的教学目标不清、教学课程单一、运动参与性差、课内外体育活动关联度不高等诸多问题,提出以课堂体育教学为核心,课外体育锻炼、社团活动、学生体质健康测试、思想政治教育和校园体育文化建设并重的新的课程模式,使学生参与体育锻炼的时间、空间得以延伸,从根本上加强了课堂教学以外的教学培养,丰富了体育教学的形式和方法,有利于学生课堂教学的消化和吸收,有利于学生形成教育观念、健康理念、目标定位相互一致,形成内容与形式互为补充、点与面相互呼应的立体化结构的整体效应。
According to the requirements of the "Teaching Guidance Outline for PE Curriculum in Colleges and Universities", under the general guidance of personnel training in colleges and universities, in view of the current unclear teaching goals, single teaching curriculums, poor participation in sports, the relationship between the activities and the poor and many other issues put forward the classroom physical education as the core, extracurricular physical exercise, community activities, student physical fitness test, ideological and political education and campus sports culture, both new curriculum model so that students participate in physical training time. The space can be extended to fundamentally strengthen the teaching and training outside the classroom teaching and enrich the form and method of physical education is conducive to the students' digestion, absorption of classroom teaching is conducive to the formation of educational concepts, health concepts, goals consistent with each other. The formation of the content and form of each other complement each other and the three-dimensional structure of the overall effect.
