不同剂量下2组药物联合应用对犬镇静镇痛效果的影响
摘要
为研究咪达唑仑、布托啡诺和右美托咪啶3种药物联合用药对犬的镇静镇痛效果,试验采用6只试验犬,对给药前后犬的心率、呼吸频率等进行无损伤监测,并同时监测犬的其他体征变化和不同时段镇痛、镇静效果。试验结果表明:3种药物联合应用对犬有良好的镇静、镇痛作用,提高布托啡诺与咪达唑仑剂量,镇痛作用起效快,镇痛程度与持续时间增加,镇静作用起效慢,镇静时间延长,恢复期出现不良反应概率显著增加。
