“双一流”视域下地方高校图书馆改革刍议

摘要
2015年,国务院发布了《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,众多地方高校特别是落后地区的地方高校,虽然无力建设世界一流大学和一流学科,但也有不少结合本校实际与地方经济社会的发展,提出了区域特色的双一流建设目标,并得到了地方政府的大力支持。地方高校图书馆,则应根据学校建设区域性的双一流大学的需要,从宣传、馆员服务技能、人才调整、业务延伸等方面进行针对性的改革,才能适应学校双一流建设发展的需要。
In 2015, the State Council issued the Overall Plan for Coordinately Advancing the Construction of World First-class Universities and First-class Disciplines. Although many local universities, especially those in backward areas, are unable to build the world first-class universities and first-class disciplines,they put forward a goal of constructing world first-class universities and first-class disciplines with regional characteristic on the basis of their actual situation and the development of local economy and society. The goal is strongly supported by local government. The libraries of local universities should carry out the targeted reform from publicity, service skills of librarian, the adjustment of talent structure, professional work extension to meet the needs of the "double first-class" construction and development of local university.
