赵坤辨治儿童难治性大叶性肺炎

摘要
赵坤教授辨治儿童难治性大叶性肺炎经验丰富,病症溯源、探究病机,认为热、毒、痰、虚、瘀是本病病机关键,同时重视肺肾相关理论。临证从肺论治外,重视解毒化瘀通络,并在肺肾相关理论指导下,佐以补肾,对药配伍,取得了满意的疗效。
Professor ZHAO Kun's experience in treating children with refractory pneumonia is abundant. Through finding the root of the disease and inquiring pathogenesis of this disease, she found out that heat, poison, phlegm, deficiency and blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of this disease, she also attach importance to the lung and kidney related theories. Based on lung in treatment and pay attention to Jiedu Huayu Tongluo, and in lung and kidney related theory.The compatibility of medicine, accompanied by the kidney, the curative effect was satisfactory.
