摘要
2017年9月,湖南省郴州市某猪场的怀孕母猪突然发生流产、死亡。为确诊病因,对该猪场病死猪脏器进行了细菌分离和PCR检测,结合临床症状最终确诊病原为猪丹毒丝菌。为了解整个猪场猪群的感染情况,随机抽取流产母猪和同栏舍健康母猪进行猪丹毒丝菌IgG抗体ELISA检测,发现流产母猪阳性率为90%,远高于同栏舍健康母猪(10%)。本次疫情共导致该猪场104头母猪死亡和94头母猪流产。本案例表明,猪丹毒不仅可以引起母猪死亡,也可引起母猪流产,应引起养殖场高度重视,建议把猪丹毒列入免疫计划。
        In September 2017,some pregnant sows in a swine farm suddenly suffered symptoms of abortion and death in Chenzhou City of Hunan Province. Then viscera of the dead pigs were collected and bacteria isolation and PCR identification were carried out. Combined with the clinical symptoms,the pathogen was finally confirmed as Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae. Randomly selecting the aborted sows and healthy ones(in the same barn),IgG antibodies against Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae were detected by ELISA. Results showed the antibody positive rate of the aborted sows was 90%,which was much higher than that of healthy sows(10%). Inthis epedemic a total of 104 sows died,and 94 sows aborted. In view of this outbreak,it was indicated that Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae could cause both death and abortion of sows,and much attention should be paid
