双摆头五轴龙门数控淬火机床后置处理算法研究

摘要
针对双摆头五轴龙门数控淬火机床对汽车覆盖件模具进行感应淬火的要求,采用UG8.0的加工模块生成所需淬火模具感应线圈的运动轨迹;推导了该淬火机床的后置处理算法,其中包括机床A、C旋转轴旋转角的优化选择策略及其算法。开发了基于VC++6.0的专用后置处理软件,并通过VERICUT7.0数控加工仿真系统对淬火加工过程进行了仿真,验证了后置处理算法的正确性以及实用性。
        According to the requirements for quenching automotive covering parts molds with the double swing head five-axis gantry quenching machine tool,the quenching trajectory of induction coil is produced with the UG8.0 processing module,with the post processing algorithm including optimal selection strategy and optimal algorithm of rotation angles of A,C rotation axes derived.A post processing software based on VC++6.0 is developed and the process of quenching is simulated by VERICUT7.0 NC machining simulation system to verify the correctness and practicability of the postprocessing algorithm.
