摘要
生产实习是重要的实践性教学环节。我院在实习时发现若干问题,如企业配合实习的动力不足,指导教师作用有限,学生学习的主动性差等。我院通过实践,提出若干改革措施来增强实习效果,包括完善生产实习教学大纲,撰写生产实习指导书,改善校企合作关系,加强培养学生人际关系能力,提高实习指导教师专业水平等。
Plant practice, as a part of practical teaching section, is important for Chemical Engineering and Technology students. We found some problems in the course of Plant practice:1. Chemical enterprises have no impetus to cooperate students' practice; 2. Instructors' help for students is limited; 3.The students are lack of initiative in learning, and so on. By several years' effort, we have explored some ways of reforming to strengthen practice effect, such as perfect the syllabus of plant practice for students, compile the guidebook for plant practice, improvement the relation between our college and local chemical company, increase students' ability in interpersonal relationship, improve teachers' professional level.
