择期无痛人流术输注果糖注射液对血糖的影响

摘要
目的:观察择期无痛人流术输注果糖注射液补充能量对血糖的影响及防治低血糖的疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分为对照组、观察组A和观察组B;对照组输0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml,观察组A输0.5%果糖注射液250ml,观察组B输0.5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,用德国拜尔拜安康血糖仪(FAD葡萄糖脱氢酶法)监测输液前、输液结束时、输液结束后30min指尖末梢血液血糖值。结果:对照组及观察组A输液后对血糖均无明显影响(P>0.05);观察组B输液结束时血糖显著升高(P<0.01),输液结束后30min血糖降至输液前水平(P>0.05);输液结束后30min对照组低血糖发生率无明显改变(P>0.05):观察组A(P<0.01)及观察组B(P<0.05)低血糖发生率显著降低。结论:择期无痛人流术输注果糖注射液补充能量对血糖无明显影响,对防治低血糖有较好疗效,对提高手术安全性和患者术后康复是有益的。
        Objective:To observe the effects of energy supplement with infusion of fructose injection on blood glucose and the its efficacy for hypoglycemia management in patients undergoing elective painless induced abortion.Methods:180 patients were randomly assigned to the control group,observation group A or observation group B; the control group received infusion of 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection; observation group A received infusion of 250 ml of 0.5% fructose injection; observation group B received infusion of 250 ml of 0.5% glucose injection.Contour TS Blood Glucose Monitoring System,Bayer(FAD-dependent glucose dehydrogenase method) was used to measure the glucose levels in fingertip blood prior to infusion,at the completion of infusion,and at 30 min after completion of infusion.Results:No significant effects on blood glucose were observed with infusion in the control group or observation group A(P>0.05); in observation group B,blood glucose was significantly elevated at the completion of infusion(P<0.01),and had decreased to the pre-infusion level at 30 min after completion of infusion(P>0.05); at 30 min after completion of infusion,the incidence of hypoglycemia had no significant change in the control group(P>0.05),and was significantly decreased in observation group A(P<0.01) and observation group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing elective painless induced abortion,energy supplement with infusion of fructose injection would not have significant effects on blood glucose,and is efficacious for the management of hypoglycemia,which is beneficial for improving surgery safety and facilitating postoperative recovery.
