纳布啡复合丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用于无痛人工流产术麻醉的效果及术后镇痛分析

摘要
目的探析纳布啡复合丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用于无痛人工流产术麻醉的效果及术后镇痛效果。方法 240例行无痛人工流产术患者,依据麻醉方法不同分为研究组和参照组,各120例。参照组患者单纯应用丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液麻醉,研究组患者应用纳布啡复合丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液麻醉。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况、丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用量、术后不良反应发生情况以及麻醉效果满意情况。结果研究组患者术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.25±1.13)分,丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用量为(62.57±25.61)mg;参照组患者VAS评分为(6.48±1.46)分,丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用量为(80.36±25.24)mg。研究组患者VAS评分低于参照组,丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用量少于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为2.50%,参照组患者不良反应发生率为9.17%,研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者数字等级评分法(NRS)评分为(9.14±0.13)分,参照组患者NRS评分为(7.63±0.19)分,研究组患者NRS评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳布啡复合丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用于无痛人工流产术患者,可取得良好的术中麻醉及术后镇痛效果,值得临床今后大力应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the anesthesia effect of nalbuphine combined with propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection in painless induced abortion and its postoperative analgesic effect. Methods A total of 240 patients with painless induced abortion were divided by different anesthesia methods into research group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection, and the research group was treated with nalbuphine combined with propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection. Comparison were made on postoperative pain, dosage of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection, occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions and satisfaction with anesthetic effect between the two groups. Results The research group had postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS) score as(3.25±1.13) points, and dosage of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection as(62.57±25.61) mg. The control group had VAS score as(6.48±1.46) points and dosage of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection as(80.36±25.24) mg. The research group had lower postoperative VAS score than the control group, and less dosage of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had incidence of adverse reactions as 2.50%, and the control group had incidence of adverse reactions as 9.17%. The research group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had numerical rating scale(NRS) score as(9.14±0.13) points, and the control group had NRS score as(7.63±0.19) points. The research group had obviously higher NRS score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nabuphine combined with propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion injection can achieve good intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia effect for painless induced abortion patients, and it is worthy of vigorous clinical application in the future.
