刘万里教授运用调肝理肺法治疗胃食管反流病经验

摘要
胃食管反流病是临床常见的消化系统疾病,刘万里教授诊疗此病积累了丰富的临床经验。刘教授认为胃食管反流病的发生发展与肝、肺密切相关,肝肺不和是本病的重要发病基础,治疗应以调肝理肺治本、和胃降逆治标,使气机和畅、血脉充盈、五行制衡,则将相和调,胃逆易降。刘教授运用调肝理肺法治疗胃食管反流病,有泻肝清肺、疏肝肃肺、清胆泻肺、活血益气、滋肝润肺五法,常获良效。
This paper introduces Professor Liu Wanli's experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease. The occurrence and development of gastroesophageal reflux disease are closely related to Liver and Lung, and disharmony between Liver and Lung is also an important cause of this disease. Professor Liu Wanli treated gastroesophageal reflux disease by regulating Liver and regulating Lung, including purging the Liver and clearing the Lung, soothing the Liver and eliminating the Lung, clearing the Gallbladder and purging the Lung, activating Blood circulation and replenishing Qi, and nourishing the Liver and nourishing the Lung, often obtained good curative effect.
