摘要
骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)具有取材简单、增殖速度快、抗原性小和培养过程中始终保持多向分化的潜能等特点,已经成为干细胞研究领域的热点,是最好的组织工程种子细胞之一。近年研究发现这类细胞具有高度分化的潜能,能分化为神经细胞,为脊髓损伤(SCI)的修复提供了一条新的途径,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
        Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) has been considered the hot spot in the study of stem cells owing to their characteristic that is easy to be acquired and be cultured in vitro,negligible antigenicity and keeping multidifferention potentiality and so on.Now,it is one of the best seed cells for tissue engineering stem.In recent years,it is found that marrow stromal cell has well-differentiated potential and it can differentiate into nerve cell and then provide a new strategy to the reparation of spinal cord injury,and it will be using comprehensively in clinical application.
