摘要
研究了顶空—气相色谱法测定端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)中4—乙烯基—1—环己烯(VCH)含量的方法。考察了目标化合物定性光谱分析结果,以及平衡时间、平衡温度对测定体系的影响。结果表明,VCH出峰时间为1.220min,平衡时间为25min,平衡温度为120℃,能得到较满意的分析结果。降低w(VCH)后减少了HTPB的刺激性气味,拓展了民用HTPB的应用空间。
        The method for determining 4-vinyl-1-cyclohexene(VCH) content in hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) by using headspace-gas chromatography was studied. The qualitative spectroanalysis result of the target compound, as well as the influence of the equilibrium time and equilibrium temperature on the determination system were investigated. The results show that the peak time of VCH is 1.220 min,the equilibrium time is 25 min, the equilibrium temperature is 120 ℃, thus, the satisfactory analysis results can be obtained. After decreasing w(VCH), the irritating odor of HTPB is reduced, the application space of the civil HTPB is expanded.
