摘要
为解决空中交通流量日益增多导致的空中交通拥挤和拥堵问题,从空中交通流角度出发,区分空中交通拥挤和拥堵;通过建立拥挤程度评估模型来评估空中交通网络中拥挤程度。首先从容量和流量的角度区分并界定空中交通拥挤和拥堵的概念;同时借鉴道路交通思想,将空中交通分为畅通、正常、拥挤和拥堵四种状态。然后从空中交通流角度分析判定空中交通拥挤,提出拥挤状态门限区间,建立多种情况下的空中交通拥挤评估模型。最后引用某大型繁忙机场某时段的航班数据作为算例。结果表明,所建立模型可以用来评估空中交通网络拥挤程度。
        In order to solve air traffic crowding and congestion caused by the increasing air traffic flow,air traffic crowding and congestion were distinguished from the perspective of air traffic flow,and evaluates crowding level in the air traffic network by establishing crowding assessment models. Firstly,the concept of air traffic crowding and congestion were distinguished and defined from the perspective of capacity and demand,and draw on the road traffic thought to divide air traffic into four states: smooth,normal,crowded and congested. Then,the air traffic congestion is analyzed from the perspective of air traffic flow,the crowding threshold is set and the model of air traffic crowding assessment is established under various conditions. Finally,the flight data of a large busy airport is quoted as an example. The results show that the established model can be used to assess the congestion of the air traffic network.
