摘要
为了及时发现和解决突出的水环境问题,文章在单因子水质评价的基础上,考虑了水质的累积情况,将江河警戒分为黄色、橙色和红色三个级别,同时可以任意选择关注的评价项目的江河警戒方法进行了研究与应用。该方法在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。通过对黑龙江省某年12个城市的16条河流的58个监测断面的监测数据进行实例分析得出全年结论:全年警戒水体状况为,黄色警戒水体:1条河流1个断面共出现1次,解除1次。橙色警戒水体:1条河流1个断面共出现3次。红色警戒水体:1条河流2个断面共出现9次,解除1次。出现警戒水体的河流为阿什河和安肇新河2条河流的3个断面。为江河水质评价提供了一种新的思路和方法。
In order to find and solve outstanding water environmental problems timely,the river warning is divided into three grades of yellow,orange and red alert based on the single factor evaluation of water quality,taking accumulation of water quality into account. At the same time,the study pays attention to the river vigilance method of evaluation projects. The method has achieved good results in practical application. Based on the monitoring data of 58 monitoring sections of 16 rivers in 12 cities in a year in Heilongjiang Province,the whole year conclusion is obtained—there is one yellow alert in section in a river and the alert is released. Orange alert appeared three times in one section of a river. Red warning alert appeared nine times in two sections of one river. The alert is released once. The alerts appeared in three sections of Ashi River and Anzhaoxin River. The paper provides a new idea and method for water quality assessment.
